The rape capital of India, Haryana, strikes again. 19th rape case reported in the last 34 days! If it wasn't, it is now an epidemic, whatever the reasons i.e. more perverts, more cases being reported, lack of sex education. Teen raped for four months in Haryana; victim, siblings thrown out of school http://www.ndtv.com/article/india/teen-raped-for-four-months-in-haryana-victim-siblings-thrown-out-of-school-279543

Fatehabad: Another horrifying story of rape has emerged from Haryana. A 13-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a food vendor outside her school in Fatehabad for over four months. The 62-year-old accused allegedly used to lure the teen with fruits and then rape her. ... But what's more shocking than the incident itself is the way the victim was treated by her school authorities after they came to know of the rape - the victim and her two siblings were expelled from the school.

Which one's worse' date=' Delhi or Haryana ? Moot point i guess, both suck![/quote'] Though do not want to point fingers but I have to say that it is mainly the Haryanvi and UPite origin people of Delhi that usually are the suspects in such cases. Honestly speaking, Jatts have got too much free money in the last few decades due to sudden real estate boom in Haryana. Similarly, in real estate boom has also been significant in Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad etc. of UP and this has made people filthy rich in these areas without any work. In many cases inside Delhi, such people who have got massive amounts of free money and especially indulged in the property/real estate sector do not worry anymore about the law and think they can easily buy verdicts in their favor. The Delhi Police is also extremely corrupted and has huge Jatt and UP influence and ask for bribes openly (I have faced bribe request myself while staying there though I refused to pay it). So, this enhances the confidence of such filthy rich people off free money who believe their brothers are anyways there in police and govt. and they can easily escape the law by throwing away money.

^ You seem to be in some mood to rant .. FYI things weren't much better when there the land prices were steady and its not like just the newly rich indulge in crimes against women.

The most interesting point here is the way she was expelled form the school. The problem in places like Haryana lies more in the general public's mindset and less in some random sociopath sadists.
