Can any of you, who has any knowledge or experience regarding it, suggest me a good place to get him operated at? Any help would be appreciated :) ps: any specific reviews about Narayana Hrudyalaya (Bangalore), Medanta (Gurgaon) or Shalby (Ahmedabad) will be a great favour :icflove: pps: Mods, please delete the thread if you find it to be inappropriate for this forum

Many relatives of mine had first hand surgeries there though many years ago. Do not know that reputation on Apollo now but some ICFer from Chennai might inform better. Heard good things about Hrudalaya but have never had any relatives etc. there. Medanta is more popular for medical outsourcing AFAIK. Having said that, the quality of hygiene etc. is good from what I have heard as they target the foreign patients etc. extensively. Many high profile surgeons and doctors from reputed hospitals including AIIMS have moved to Medanta for better financial benefits from what I have heard. But then never had any first hand experience with Medanta.
coffee_rules Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 Wockhardt in Bangalore is pretty reliable fpr heart related illness treatments. I have heard a few horror stories about Apollo Hospitals (Hyd and CHennai) about negligence from doctors bordering outrageous.
