Yes he was crap last year infact the whole last year since that England series but before that he was always good .. atleast line wise ... he bowled just outside off most times .... I know he was in poor form last year but that doesnot throw away all the good work he did for the last 2 years before that.

People need to understand that "whom to play" depends on the surface on the morning of the Test match. You can not decide "whom to play" without looking at the pitch. So hold your horses!

I know you would say the same thing should be applied to Ishant but we all know if asked to Ishant will go back to domestic and work hard but Bhajji will just fake an injury. I dont want Bhajji to get back into the side so easily and believe that its his birthright to play for India.

What if the pitch doesnot behave as expected and gets a lot slow on day 4 and day 5 ... what will you do then. Everyone thought Motera track will turn square on day 4 and 5 but we saw what happened.

what if it does not turns...well we cant be certain about that but we can be certain about one thing it wont help pacers and ishant does not bowl those beautiful reverse swinging yorkers with older ball he will be cannon fodder either way :winky:

Mumbai is known to have bounce so we can be certain that there will be some bounce and there will be moisture in mumbai considering the humidity factor esp. in the morning session. So I guess we need 2 seamers especially considering the fact that Zaheer is not in very shape to do a lot of work alone

Australia also had bounce,we know how Ishant exploited that.bounce also helps spinners
