Awful pitch, not good enough for Tests

The fast bowlers are wll and truly in business here. And contrary to everyone's belief, I found it fascinating. It need not be a run scoring spree all the time. It's a test for the batsmen's patience and that qualifies to be a good test pitch. It might be boring for few but not for me atleast.

Cricket is batsmen's game and a pitch should offer bounce, regardless of it turns or seams so that batsmen will get true value for a good shot. This pitch , for that matter is boring with low bounce, but pitch is same for both teams and England were too cautious. I guess Indian batsmen will do better than England counterparts.

What nonsense? This pitch has nothing for bowlers , how do you think it helps Dhoni? Pitch is same for both teams.

P.S.: I am not against turning tracks, I dont mind rank turners, but that has back fired in last 2 matches and this pitch has come out of desperation.

we have always been good on slow turners, but now, we dont have dravid laxman or ganguly...so i doubt if we can score on this strip too..

It is not like this pitch has daemons or anything, even a debutante has scored a half century.[/quote'] Dude do i have to really break it down for you??...from my past 3 posts i am only maintaining one thing...this is an adulterated pitch..this pitch is not our strength, our strenght is (was) winnig matches on pitches like kolkata, what we dished out to english in mumbai was a rank turner, we lost badly there...we are not good enough a test side at home anymore.
