Myth: Women sexually arouse a man and provoke him to force himself on her by the way she dresses. When a man is sexually aroused he cannot help himself, he has to have sex. Fact: Most rapes are premeditated especially gang rapes. Men can quite easily control their urges to have sex - they do not need to rape a woman to satisfy them. Men who rape, does so to dominate, violate and control. Myth: Men who rape are sexually frustrated and do not have the opportunity to have sex with a willing partner. Fact: More than 1 in 5 women are raped by their partners or their husbands. Women who work as prostitutes or in the sex industry are usually dismissed as rape victims because of bias by the police. A lot of men who rape are likely to be in a relationship or living together with a female partner. So Abu saheb...every time you and people like Bhagwat come up with statements like this...you're violating and dishonoring every victim who has experienced this horror with your words. You're right about one thing though....your malarkey gets tolerated in India, in Bharat you would probably be hanged upside down and beaten with a sugarcane.

Or maybe it's because the husband forcing wives to have sex (aka rape) is not considered rape at all. Not to mention the stigma attached to being raped as opposed to the one committing the crime forces women not to complain about it. It's as if the women being raped are at fault and not the rapists. These people make me sick.
