hhhhdmt Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 Sachin and Anwar would be an excellent opening combination. Miandad at one down, Dravid could possibly stabilize the innings. Inzi would be on there too. Dhoni is a great finisher and deserves his spot. Then the obvious choices of Kapil, Imran, Wasim and Waqar. Saqlain had an outstanding one day record, so he deserves his place as well. 1. Sachin 2. Anwar 3. Miandad 4. Dravid 5. Inzi 6. Dhoni 7. Kapil 8. Imran 9. Wasim 10.Waqar 11.Saqlain.
Pakistan Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 Saeed Anwar Sourav Ganguly Zaheer Abbass Sachin Tendulkar Javed Miandad (VC) Kapil Dev Dhoni (WK) Imran Khan © Abdul Razzaq Waqar Younis Saqlain Mustaq
JaFanatic Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 my XI ganguly(vc) sachin kohli dravid yuvraj dhoni inzamam imran© wasim waqar saqlainB-> mine is the best:beee:
The Dark Horse Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 Sachin Gamguly Dravid Miandad Yuvraj Dhoni Kapil Imran Khan © Wasim Waqar Saqlain Edit: Removed Anwar for Ganguly. He has a better record, and if you remove India Anwar's record will only get worse
JaFanatic Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 Why? he has been doing so well in odis and has often proven that he can bat well in the high pressure matches and look at his avrg close to 50 being a no.3 batsman he deserves a place there imo
Sooda Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 Ganguly Tendulkar Miandad Dravid Inzamam MSD Imran c Kapil Wasim Kumble Saqlain I did consider no Imran Khan just to be controversial. He was a slow ODI bat and Waqar was as good if not better ODI bowler but thought the tail may then be a bit longish. Two great spinners gives the attack balance Anwars v Ganguly is a closeish one but went for Gangs

JaFanatic Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 High pressure matches agianst srilanka you mean he has won.Dekho kohli is just starting out ' date='He has a long way to go before being in a Alltime eleven.[/quote'] he has scored centries against australia england pakistan in pressure situations and yes he has just started his carrier but he is good enough to fit in there. if your still not convinced tell me who should be in place of him:two_thumbs_up:
CG Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 You can add miandad or azhar or kapil dev as an allrounder as your team had too many batsman.
KeyboardWarrior Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 A certain Ricky ponting and Clive lloyd might take some offense to that :two_thumbs_up:
KeyboardWarrior Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 Anwar was poor against good attacks like aus,sa, Ganguly only struggle agianst aus. My team- Sachin Ganguly Inzi Miandad Yuvraj Singh Imran Khan Kapil Dev M.S Dhoni Wasim Akram Waqar younis kumble/Saqlain 12thman Dravid. dravid :omg:

KeyboardWarrior Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 Yasir Arafat is a must no no no :acute: atul sharma B->
