riasat Posted January 11, 2013 Posted January 11, 2013 is this a joke? policemen cant kill criminals even if they are running away. they have to give an warning first to stop then they can shoot at legs. same goes for border guards. u cant just shoot someone down until u r attacked. nd there is a different between smugglers and traders. why dont they stop selling those cattles or just legalize it and earn some god damn money rather than killing bangladeshi traders. they dont effing eat beef anyway. ps. my point was if beheading should not be done by a professional army ( recent loc incident) then killing unarmed people even if they are smugglers as u say should not be done by a professional army let alone killing a 13 years old girl and treat her corp with disrespect. Did you just compare police with Army?? Also I guess LOC is protected by the Army (need to verify) but international borders which is not a conflict zone is protected by para-military forces (not army) and these personnels are anything but professional in their attitde and conduct (both bdr and bsf).

I am sorry but that is again, total nonsense. ALL armies around the world give infiltrators ( ie, illegal border crossers) a standard one-time plea of surrender and if not abided, open fire. Even if you cross the US-Canada border and don't respond, the authorities are entited to fire at will.

And when Indians migrate to west' date=' they take with them vast knowledge, wisdom, wealth, expertise and sooo much moreeeee......:giggle:[/quote'] i don't know why you were offended by that post, he raised some perfectly valid points. especially in light of the recent conflict between indigenous assamese and bengali migrants. before i go on, let me just say that i don't begrudge any attempt at illegal immigration. legal or illegal, the motives are the same. however in india, you aren't going to get the same conditions as you would in a western country. you already know the depth of corruption in indian society. you also need to consider the sensibilities of the indian population; who already suffer from the same problems bangladeshis do and could therefore antagonise 'outsiders'. issues like the mass killings of muslims in the eastern states, votebank politics, unemployment would CONTINUE to exist even if india 'relaxed' its immigration laws. immigrants don't help anything (or rather, Can't) when conditions remain like this. i'm very surprised by your simplistic take on this whole situation.
