Sharif Lands in Pakistan

There are many possibilities in the "land of pure" -- First and obvious fact is that Musharraf cannot afford to have Nawaz Sharif coming back to power. If Nawaz succeeds Musharraf will certainly be hanged and reunited with 72 goats ( court martialed). But if Musharraf can manage the friction within his own military ranks, ISI Punjabistanis, then Nawaz can be deported again to the land of "prophet of peace" -- Saudi Arabia. And if, Nawaz is deported then so called "elections" in Pakistan are just a farce. Now, comes Amreeka bahadur in picture for it's concern of continuing the hunt for terrorists in those areas. Unkil hopes to play Bhutto off against Musharraf, ever since Musharraf has been slowing against Talibanis and Jihadis due to ISIs sympathy with these extremists, Unkil has been smart as usual to remind Musharraf about Bhutto and get the things done -- i.e. reward the one who co-operated. For Pakistan at the end, neither can do much since it's economy is based on collecting alms by generating turmoil for others........

US of A, that is so concerned about providing democracy and freedom to the oppressed around the world aids Pakistan. What a farce? US of A demolished Iraq and Afgan in the name of WMD but Pakistan despite being ruled by a dictator that has heavy WMD is in fact helped by the US of A. It's pretty strange the way things work with USA.

http://www.indiancricketfans.com/showthread.php?t=27857 important news this-- Nawaz's wife Khulsoom Nawaz has said that she will return to Pakistan. This will be interesting, suppose if Khulsoom returns in next 10 days, Musharraf cannot arrest her as she has no official criminal/corruption cases against her. Khulsoom has good experience in politics and she might mobilze Shari'fs party (PML-N) supporters in event of an election. two options for Musharraf -- (1) Musharraf get himself re-eleected as he did previously from electoral colleges and impose martial law to postpone full general elections. (2) With tacit approval of Amreeka reach a deal with Bhutto to share the power in long run. PS: I think Imran Khan will gain a lot of benefits from the current situation. Probably if at all general election will happen in Pakistan in near future, he will do better than before.

Musharraf had offered Sharif the Manager role of the Pak Cricket team as a compromise(actually punishment) but as soon as Sharif got to hear about the Akhtar-Asif fiasco,he decided to get the hell out of there.:D

And their are posters in this message board who want us align with USA , fail to condemn Iraq war , blame India for aligning with Russia before instead of USA and so on ...... I think more independent minded posters like yourself should express your opinions more often so that some of these posters get their rebuttals .
