cowboysfan Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 We should get him before its too late and he is snatched up by the aussies(warne wants him for the job).
fineleg Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 BCCI will twiddle their thumbs till the only prospective coach left will be some mota.
saneindian Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 Srini-Dhoni-CSK combine will gain further strength!
Cevno Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 Yeah, no more CSK connection please. And he rejected us last time too IIRC, as he didn't want to take a full time job.
Vivek.S.123 Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 Who are the potential candidates anyways?
BeautifulGame Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 And why would he leave his CSK job? Less media pressure , Eight months to spend with his young family and at home and already gets huge salary. There is no way he will leave these luxuries to become our NT coach
1983-2011 Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 bcci should try to get Darren Lehmann or an unknown guy like Karl Krikken
G_B_ Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 flemming was the first person approached when Kirsten called quits. The BCCI acted very quickly on it during the Manohar reign. He said no cause he has a young family and a business coming up in NZ. IPL allows him to work for 3 months in a year and be with his family for the remainder. I doubt he will accept the Australia job. Its nice and cushy with the IPL and gives him the work life balance.
Cevno Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 India should get Saurav Ganguly Dinda to stay in the team forever. Anyway, would rattle too many cosy clubs and skeletons.
