Talking about dosa varieties, Pai Dosa shop in Kochi offers 57 (and counting) varieities http://www.kochivibe.com/scrumptious-dosas/ I once had onion Dosa in a shack kind of place on way to Vizag.....served with 3-4 different coloured cutneys...the best dosa ever. Mushroom dosa at some place in Coimbatore.......the second best dosa ever.
