Dhoni was with a team that included another set of has-beens like Sehwag and Gambhir.

India had a tough time defending 400+ runs in one of the matches captained by Dhoni. This kind of bhakti is really irritating.

We also defended 130 in CT final, 170 odd against Pak around 6 months ago. And if you are going 2-3 years back, then there must be lot more examples of small scores defended.

I have to agree with Sidhoni, we would have blamed Dhoni if this decision was under him. But maybe since Kohli is new and just a stand in, there is also no point blaming him much
