Gambit Posted January 3, 2007 Posted January 3, 2007 is our leading run scorer in this series. Whatever
Predator_05 Posted January 3, 2007 Posted January 3, 2007 Re: The guy who can't bat, has no mental fortitude etc He really sucks a'ss, doesn't he. :hic:
Rahul Posted January 3, 2007 Posted January 3, 2007 Re: The guy who can't bat, has no mental fortitude etc good knock from SCG. toughed it out after being hit on the head. re: the overall series, he was a lil schizoid. says more abt the mine-up than good batting from him that he's the highest run-scorer. PS: who are these brilliant analysts who said this guy has no mental fortitude, gambo?? only thing he lacks (and always did) was the ability to move/rock back on the backfoot when it is pitched short.
Anakin Posted January 3, 2007 Posted January 3, 2007 Re: The guy who can't bat, has no mental fortitude etc One of the has-beens who are worse than IKP
Gambit Posted January 3, 2007 Author Posted January 3, 2007 Re: The guy who can't bat, has no mental fortitude etc Rahul, I think you need to check who the leading run getter for us in this series is.
Predator_05 Posted January 3, 2007 Posted January 3, 2007 Re: The guy who can't bat, has no mental fortitude etc Rahul' date=' I think you need to check who the leading run getter for us in this series is.[/quote'] That's not saying much. Wasim Jaffer has been in wretched form throughout this tour, yet he has still managed to score 183 runs - just 2 short of Tendulkar's aggregate of 185. The whole battign lineup has been well below par. Keeping in mind that he was quite mediocre in his last three test series, Tendulkar is probably the only one who has made a significant improvement.
yoda Posted January 3, 2007 Posted January 3, 2007 Re: The guy who can't bat, has no mental fortitude etc He shouldn't have been dumped from the test team in the first place. We need to thank Vengsarkar for the return of Ganguly to the test team.
talksport Posted January 3, 2007 Posted January 3, 2007 Re: The guy who can't bat, has no mental fortitude etc I have to do a gambit here :wall: :wall: :wall: How has Ganguly surfaced in this thread
yoda Posted January 3, 2007 Posted January 3, 2007 Re: The guy who can't bat, has no mental fortitude etc :hic: :hic: :hic: Read Rahul's post and skipped Gambit's.
The Master Posted January 3, 2007 Posted January 3, 2007 Re: The guy who can't bat, has no mental fortitude etc hahahahahah the pest scores a 50 and his blinded fans start jumping up and down.....really shows the patehtic state of indian cricket a 64 is a failure for ponting
DesiChap Posted January 3, 2007 Posted January 3, 2007 Re: The guy who can't bat, has no mental fortitude etc can sombody kick this pest out spewing garbage all over
The Outsider Posted January 3, 2007 Posted January 3, 2007 Re: The guy who can't bat, has no mental fortitude etc Tendulkar has done a fair job but after 2 consecutive series failures its only a par performance.
King Tendulkar Posted January 3, 2007 Posted January 3, 2007 Re: The guy who can't bat, has no mental fortitude etc Top scorer in the series but he is that one that everyone is hammering  He has scored more runs this year then Ponting who has had 2 failures in a row
King Tendulkar Posted January 3, 2007 Posted January 3, 2007 Re: The guy who can't bat, has no mental fortitude etc a 64 is a failure for ponting Really, well Pnonting has had 2 failures on the spin.
veer Posted January 3, 2007 Posted January 3, 2007 Re: The guy who can't bat, has no mental fortitude etc The Master loves SRT so much that he has picked up half of his name from "Master Blaster" for this forum.. dont mind him.. he is in pain to see SRT "fail" :hic:
DesiChap Posted January 3, 2007 Posted January 3, 2007 Re: The guy who can't bat, has no mental fortitude etc Master and his rants are best to be ignored.
Dhondy Posted January 3, 2007 Posted January 3, 2007 Re: The guy who can't bat, has no mental fortitude etc He epitomises the mediocrity in this team. A 50 or a 60 on a belter of a wicket. Far too liitle, almost inconsequential. Doesn't matter that he's the highest scorer so far. Being the best in a bunch of poor players is no consolation at all.
The Outsider Posted January 3, 2007 Posted January 3, 2007 Re: The guy who can't bat, has no mental fortitude etc Second highest scorer in the series so far from either side. Why are we even wasting time following two sides which epitomize mediocrity?
King Tendulkar Posted January 3, 2007 Posted January 3, 2007 Re: The guy who can't bat, has no mental fortitude etc So if the team is mediocre and as you say he is best of poor bunch. Why not attack the rest of the poor bunch and leave the best of them alone. It also has been a low scoring series, thus his runs scored is one of the best on either side.

Well, I couldn't find a thread pointlessly bigging up others, as this one is.
