Failed against Pak and England on testing conditions. Failed miserably against Aussies in the CB series but in the very end he managed to impress all in the flattest track of the series.

However, apart from Melbourne and Perth the Adelaide Oval, Slowbart and Syndey are the wickets which suit Asian teams. I reckon the Capetown test match will be a big test for our batters when we tour South Africa. if he scores plenty on that wicket then we gotta say Well Played to him. So far he has doen enough considering he is a new comer in the test team. Once he has played more than 30 tests, we will probably reap better benefits from his experience. IMO , he is the one we should invest time in. But yes, don't keep him in slips while we field.
