Chandan Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 Before the test tour in December, I'm sure Pujara will have some exposure of sooth african condition and pitches in the A tour, which'll certainly help though bowlers won't be Steyn, Morkel, Philander etc.

Debutant Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 I don't think anybody hates Pujara. He is one of our best batsman in tests. I think he will do well in ODIs too. But I don't think his game is suited to T20s now. There is nothing to be insulted by this.
FischerTal Posted May 15, 2013 Author Posted May 15, 2013 ^ in all seriousness, do you think any of our test bats barring dadaji has technique to play swing?
Zelig Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 Warne is a goat-mouth. He once said that Roshit reminds him of SRT. Beware :antijinx:

G_B_ Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 he is a man for all seasons. As i have said many times, would love to see Che at Mumbai Indians in the next IPL.
yoda Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 Pujara has one Achilles heel and that is his fitness. He can't keep breaking down every other series and that too at the beginning of his career. Hope the recent injuries are one off and not a recurring theme.

Old guy Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 No one hates him. What is the OP on about? some banter in ipl section .. u know how fans are after failure in circus many will label him not suitable for any shorter formats or even odis:winky: they all forget what a massive failure kohli has been prior to this season:giggle:

bulbul Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 some banter in ipl section .. u know how fans are after failure in circus many will label him not suitable for any shorter formats or even odis:winky: they all forget what a massive failure kohli has been prior to this season:giggle: Sidhone loves Sachin Retired now :hysterical: Any way no one labeled him not suitable for ODI,All the talk was about IPL , OP took it differently what we can do.
Sidhoni Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 some banter in ipl section .. u know how fans are after failure in circus many will label him not suitable for any shorter formats or even odis:winky: they all forget what a massive failure kohli has been prior to this season:giggle: But isn't this Cricket talk? Ipl section trolling should be kept there only.
Old guy Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 ^ but this video was from a test match yep..and people were not jsut talking about ipl they said failure in all short formats :dontknow:
FischerTal Posted May 15, 2013 Author Posted May 15, 2013 yep..and people were not jsut talking about ipl they said failure in all short formats :dontknow: the main point of OP was that a world-class spinner believes pujara will be good on all types of pitches. thats the topic.
Old guy Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 the main point of OP was that a world-class spinner believes pujara will be good on all types of pitches. thats the topic. i think he will love batting on matches with more pace.. swing is not his weakness but steyn can get anyone on good tracks and at number 3 he will literally be opening in every inning:giggle:
