Sooda Posted January 5, 2007 Posted January 5, 2007 replays show bat on the line when bails go off...
DesiChap Posted January 5, 2007 Posted January 5, 2007 Re: was Laxman really out... on da line is out if he ran with any urgency he would be in comfortably
talksport Posted January 5, 2007 Posted January 5, 2007 Re: was Laxman really out... The urgency at which they gave him out is surprising...He is out though. So is Santh. Tendulkar is expected to be out for playing atrocious cricket people say
Parth Posted January 5, 2007 Posted January 5, 2007 Re: was Laxman really out... there was quite alot of doubt there was the bail completley off when LAXMAN was on the line
talksport Posted January 6, 2007 Posted January 6, 2007 Re: was Laxman really out... ^ Yes, the verdict is the Benefit of doubt should go to the Batsmen. I wonder why the third umpire took no time to give him out.

beetle Posted January 6, 2007 Posted January 6, 2007 Re: was Laxman really out... why can't this guy have a shower at the right time...?
Sooda Posted January 6, 2007 Author Posted January 6, 2007 Re: was Laxman really out... The mix-up between Tendulkar and VVS Laxman was an absolute shambles, with one man turning without bothering to see what the fielder was doing, and the other pausing halfway through the second run. Though it was a borderline decision, such headless-chicken cricket didn't merit any better.
Rohan495 Posted January 6, 2007 Posted January 6, 2007 Re: was Laxman really out... tendulkars injury was the reason, and like always Laxman getting the badside of luck.

Rohan495 Posted January 6, 2007 Posted January 6, 2007 Re: was Laxman really out... I blame Tendulkar for the run out 100 percent.
King Posted January 7, 2007 Posted January 7, 2007 Re: was Laxman really out... I have no sympathy for Laxman. When your wicket is on line you should fucking dive and not move like a Titanic. Laxman didn't value his wicket enough, someone teach him how to dive at the crease first.
Rohan495 Posted January 7, 2007 Posted January 7, 2007 Re: was Laxman really out... stop overexageratin man, first of all that shouldnt have been given out second of all hes ran great throught out the series, i dont think he should be looked upon so heavily just because people hate him and dont want him to succeed. wow this is a man whose never had luck on his side, its hundred percent sachins fault when your in that position where your not scorin runs atleast be confident dont creat any confusion in the other batsmens mind, sure he coulda dove but wen ur in that state of mind you never know what can happen.
Rohan495 Posted January 7, 2007 Posted January 7, 2007 Re: was Laxman really out... anythin can happen at anytime. its cricket man. Its just part of the game, Laxman is class and thats just the truth. If he didnt get run out maybe india could of won the game, again luck is never with this man, whether its people getting him runs out, whether its missin out on a big score, or getting the most from bowler with superb delieveries he is always the man.....
MundaPakistani Posted January 7, 2007 Posted January 7, 2007 Re: was Laxman really out... replays show bat on the line when bails go off... ummm then what are you complaining about?
yoda Posted January 7, 2007 Posted January 7, 2007 Re: was Laxman really out... line belongs to the umpire. pretty much everything but common sense belongs to the umpire.
