vishalvirsingh Posted July 2, 2013 Posted July 2, 2013 But the story is same lambu looking tired......most of his bowling between 132 to 138 All his pacy deliveries were kinda successfull..... I feel he needs REST more than Bhuvi
vishalvirsingh Posted July 2, 2013 Posted July 2, 2013 142.2 ....That's the pace ishant shud also maintain like Umesh.... Ishant is capable of bowling at that pace atleast... In IPL he ws as fast as Umesh...... Now he is becoming a defensive bowler....
express bowling Posted July 2, 2013 Posted July 2, 2013 No. That is not the reason. They dont have command over bowling yorker which is the most difficult ball to bowl. You need a lot of practice to bowl a yorker. Firstly, I am not talking about not bowling just the yorker. Most Indian pacers don't bowl objectively. They don't try to bowl the deliveries that are apt for the situation but just bowl different types of random deliveries I can understand pacers losing line and length in an attempt to bowl fast although he is trying to bowl the correct deliveries . I would infact prefer it to medium paced line and length bowling. But if the bowler does not know what deliveries to bowl and is not objective in his approach then that is a problem. Secondly, Yadav has been playing IPL for 5 years and International cricket for 2 years. Ishant has been around for 6 yrs. Why have they not practiced bowling yorkers ? Lack of practice is just unacceptable for players representing their country. Most International pacers bowl better yorkers than Indian pacers.
Hafeez Posted July 2, 2013 Posted July 2, 2013 yadav clocked 160 Yadav is no Akthar he will Clocked 160kph
King Tendulkar Posted July 2, 2013 Posted July 2, 2013 Yadav is no Akthar he will Clocked 160kph Legal action v illegal chuck Plus you are getting boring zzzzzzzzzz same trolling stuff again and again Mods should take action, repetitive trolling
CSK Fan Posted July 2, 2013 Posted July 2, 2013 Rest Bhuvan or Ishant and play Shami' date=' he can take the new ball with Yadav [/quote'] Happy now? Score reads 160 for 0.
CSK Fan Posted July 2, 2013 Posted July 2, 2013 In the end, the truth is, despite bowling fast, Yadav and Ishant are going at huge RR and mostly unable to take wickets
express bowling Posted July 2, 2013 Posted July 2, 2013 In the end' date=' the truth is, despite bowling fast, Yadav and Ishant are going at huge RR and mostly unable to take wickets[/quote'] Ishant bowling fast !!!! He is rarely bowling over 135 k and is bowling as slowly and as toothlessly as I have ever seen.
Gunner Posted July 2, 2013 Author Posted July 2, 2013 Happy now? Score reads 160 for 0. As if BK would've made a difference. Bowlers tend to have bad days on flat tracks, they were unlucky today so cut them some slack.
CSK Fan Posted July 2, 2013 Posted July 2, 2013 Ishant bowling fast !!!! He is rarely bowling over 135 k and is bowling as slowly and as toothlessly as I have ever seen. Yeah but he is fast and BK is not
CSK Fan Posted July 2, 2013 Posted July 2, 2013 As if BK would've made a difference. Bowlers tend to have bad days on flat tracks' date=' they were unlucky today so cut them some slack.[/quote'] Yes because dropping an upcoming bowler for absolutely no reason instead of dropping tried and tested failure Ishant is not something people should bring up at all. No wonder we never had good bowlers and we never will at this rate
Gunner Posted July 2, 2013 Author Posted July 2, 2013 Yes because dropping an upcoming bowler for absolutely no reason instead of dropping tried and tested failure Ishant is not something people should bring up at all. No wonder we never had good bowlers and we never will at this rate BK has been playing non-stop since his debut series. He looked tired last match and deserved some much needed rest. I agree Ishant has to be dropped.

No wonder we never had good bowlers and we never will at this rate Playing non stop for 6 months across formats for someone new to international cricket is a good enough reason IMO. They will rotate the bowlers in the next two matches
vishalvirsingh Posted July 2, 2013 Posted July 2, 2013 Shammi is looking ineffEctive totally......bhuvi needs to be back.
Gunner Posted July 2, 2013 Author Posted July 2, 2013 Shammi is looking ineffEctive totally......bhuvi needs to be back. Don't write him off after just one match.
CSK Fan Posted July 2, 2013 Posted July 2, 2013 BK has been playing non-stop since his debut series. He looked tired last match and deserved some much needed rest. I agree Ishant has to be dropped. This is a do or die match. If we lose by a big margin we might be out. Not a good time to 'rest' players
King Tendulkar Posted July 2, 2013 Posted July 2, 2013 All those slamming our bowlers in this match know zero about cricket. This is a run festival, bowlers have no chance here. If taking decsions based on this match then all bowlers will be axed:hysterical: As they all going for plenty with no wickets, spinners included. I actually thought Yadav and shami bowled well with new ball, put it in good areas. Yadav clocked loads at over 140 whcih to the eye were in perfect areas. Just pitch is ridiculous and jaya smoked quite a few of them which showed nature of conditions. Lay of the bowlers for this match at least. Conditions are ridculous for them
CSK Fan Posted July 2, 2013 Posted July 2, 2013 ^^^ If you care to read, am only criticizing the decision to drop BK in an important match. And no matter how you cut it, Ishant is cr@p and will always will be
