Crookbond Posted July 1, 2013 Posted July 1, 2013 Yeah it can put up a case and I think they 've done so.but ultimately it boils down to WICB It doesn't depend on the WICB - the sponsors are mostly Indian; the whole tours are scheduled due to sponsors so allowing instruments at a ground particularly when there is a nuisance is a no brainer.
