Just because it had conservative in the title didn't set off any alarm bells. The article itself was a good read, the comments intelligible, so there was nothing to indicate I was on a racist website. I couldn't be bothered going back and checking if the website is what you claim it is. But the article itself got me thinking. Moreover I remember watching snippets of Jeantel's testimony and wondered if Arizona was a brand that made ice tea. The media kept on saying ice tea and skittles over and over. Innocent mistake? Maybe/maybe not.

Patto, with all due respect, I don't think Trayvon's history should matter unless Zimmerman knew specifically of this history, recognized him and therefore panicked and shot him. Which I don't think was the case. In this instance, Trayvon was unarmed and Zimmerman panicked and shot him. It was a manslaughter case that the prosecution messed up.
