Didnt give a heed. The ODI retirement was a bit sad for me, but nowhere near shocking because the man is in his 40s! What was shocking was that Hussey retired at 36/37. Great player nonetheless, when i was a kid I used to watch sachin bat a lot of times with my bad. Funny I got to know that Bangladesh had a cricket team after I was 8 years old :D

I think this thread is aimed at Indian fans. Every Indian fan has an emotional connection with sachin.
