He has bowled a lot without doubt. I am not really blaming him. Just pointing out that it is not easy for a 35 year old to bowl in a test match outside the subcontinent where a lot of bowling has to be done by seamers. The possibility of a breakdown is there .

It was on 4th day morning session and we were also trying to score quickly.Today it has really been flat.

Lion hearted performance. Zak at 35 bolwed 60 overs, most he's ever bowled in his career Ishant bowled 54 overs, Shami bowled 46 overs., Ashwin bowled 42. All of them gave it their all.
