India's last 3 outright ODI tournament wins are the '02 Natwest, '99 Coca Cola Cup and '98 Singer Akai Nidahas Trophy. Pathetic record

Are they not declared winners! The '92 final wasn't rained out, and the two teams didn't share it - Pakistan won the final outright and kept the trophy, India didn't do so on both occasions
