someone Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 we believe the allegations are hollow and a lie. Modi your PM candidate has much more serious allegations. He never resigned, did he? Are you Ashutosh in disguise? A lot of similarities in how you are arguing your case for AAP. Not a strong case btw.
BeautifulGame Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 we believe the allegations are hollow and a lie. Modi your PM candidate has much more serious allegations. He never resigned, did he? So Aap is the same as every other party in India? I honestly like their approach and principles a lot but with this Law minister issue they are digging a big hole for themselves .
randomGuy Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 So Aap is the same as every other party in India? I honestly like their approach and principles a lot but with this Law minister issue they are digging a big hole for themselves . Aap sees no criminal conduct prima facie. It'll wait for judicial probe before any action.the report is expected to come in abt 1 month. So let's just wait for it. Modi had allegations including from ips sanjeev bhat. He never resigned. Hope bjp fans also wait for inquiry report before shouting for suspension
Cevno Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 So Aap is the same as every other party in India? I honestly like their approach and principles a lot but with this Law minister issue they are digging a big hole for themselves . AAP is a much much bigger concept than 1 person or 1 incident. Anyway, as far as this incident is concerned there is a judicial enquiry on already that was ordered by LG(cong appointed), not by AAP. AAP will act if there is anything found against him. That is a much much much higher benchmark than any other political party who have convicted politicians sitting in cabinet including Modi in his Gujarat cabinet. There is not even a chargesheet against Bharti naming him. Too show it's different media will next ask AAP to sack ministers who once cheated in exam. I mean seriously ? Meanwhile without any attention 2 Goa BJP Mla's have a full brawl in Delhi and 2 sons of major leaders return adarsh flats alloted illegally to try and escape enquiry. And in Punjab government ministers in state cabinet have allegations of running/supporting drug cartels which is becoming a ridiculously big problem in Punjab.

Cevno Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 Seems like the other way around' date=' the newly developed party AAP has already become arrogant and unresponsive. Taking laws into its own hands and defending wrong actions.[/quote'] :hysterical: You will be comparing paying bribe to get license to 2G scam next. Height of absurdity.
randomGuy Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 :hysterical: You will be comparing paying bribe to get license to 2G scam next. Height of absurdity. the guy has already reached one step higher by comparing it with Taliban and terrorism in the other thread in politics forum.
someone Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 :hysterical: You will be comparing paying bribe to get license to 2G scam next. Height of absurdity. Haha, anti-nationals are the biggest threat to the country and your party seems to be have a butch of them. Sooner than later, these people will bring their demands and you will call that true democracy. Mind you, it's already happening with your members fighting with each other on policy issues.
Cevno Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 Oh also AAP offices have been ransacked in Ahmedabad, Aurangabad, Kerala, Ghaziabad by goons of various different political colors in recent days. Shows how worried Establishment is by AAP particularly. Harish Salve is now appearing for Discoms against whom CAG Audit was ordered, btw and this same big corporate lawyer went out of his way to take Ugandan case. Hmmm...... All of BJP/Congress should be shifted to this place and actions they are defending now for political convenience.
asterix Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 So wait for judicial probe before taking action against minister however pronounced 2 police officer guilty and demanded their suspension without waiting for the completion of the same judicial probe? Why these double standards by the Khaas Minister Party?
Cevno Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 Haha, anti-nationals are the biggest threat to the country and your party seems to be have a butch of them. Sooner than later, these people will bring their demands and you will call that true democracy. Mind you, it's already happening with your members fighting with each other on policy issues. Members fight on policy issues in each party, bro. Murli Manohar Joshi vs Arun Shourie remember ? I don't think Yogi Adityanath and Piyush Goel agreed on section 377 either. Also, which AAP members are fighting on policy issues, btw ? And is Advani also Anti National for praising Jinnah ? What about Rajnath Singh going back on article 370 as of now ? Anti national is the most hilarious allegation BJP people can make. As if they have propogated all the nationalism everywhere.
Sachin=GOD Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 Karunanidhi's son Alagiri expelled from DMK...
Cevno Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 So wait for judicial probe before taking action against minister however pronounced 2 police officer guilty and demanded their suspension without waiting for the completion of the same judicial probe? Why these double standards by the Khaas Minister Party? 1) Police officers are just sent on leave. They are not fighting any elections and even this leave is paid. 2) Police officers didn't act despite complaints from residents and proofs in form of sting for months. And in the other case it's a more symbolic step due to rape that happened in open. 3) Police officers can influence probe sitting on top of evidence. Whether he is minister or not is irrelevant to probe. Simple logic. Btw, aur bhi gam hain zamane mein siwaye ek minor incident ke.
asterix Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 But the judicial probe is on na? Why pronounce them guilty before that? You sat on dharma for 2 days for that... Even the Law minister can influence the probe and he might already be doing it.. The policemen leave is only for few days... :haha: The point is CM was ready to bring anarchy before waiting for the judicial probe to finish... Now he waits for the probe when to save his minister...
Cevno Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 But the judicial probe is on na? Why pronounce them guilty before that? You sat on dharma for 2 days for that... If they were pronounced guilty they would have been sacked. Only asked for suspension and settled for paid leave for fair probe. Btw, that was for 3 incidents all different and to exert Delhi People's right over Policing and control which is a much larger issue.
Cevno Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 How can he use his office to influence probe in any way ? He was ready to bring anarchy symbolically for much larger cause of Policing in Delhi which is a complete sham. They are law onto themselves.

He was ready to bring anarchy symbolically for much larger cause of Policing in Delhi which is a complete sham. They are law onto themselves. Are you deliberately being naive? You don't think a minister couldn't use his office to influence the probe? The anarchist CM's symbolic protest achieved ghanta... He escaped somehow... The violent protest was also a sham with gullible public takers for a ride and causing so much problem for 1000s of commuting public...
Cevno Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 Similarly' date=' only asking the minister to step down...[/quote'] Already explained it above. Going round in circles now.
randomGuy Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 An sho controls police in his area, he can affect a fair probe against him. Law minister in delhi can't do tht
