What both Congress and AAP has only done is spoken about who not to vote . But they have yet to answer or give any reasons why people should vote for them. Both Congress and AAP are have a single strategy, talking about one person. Each vote for AAP is a vote to save Congress. Choosing NOTA is a better option than AAP.
