Sahara or someone or even the government. It's a shame Shiv Keshavan, who is a regular athlete from INdia at winter Olympics from last 3 Olypmics, is having to face this every freaking time. He deserves more than this. and So do the other athletes.

In return, I am sure that the money generated from Australian athletics will sponsor our Indian athletes!! Cricket is one of just 2 sports that has a very socialistic mindset on an International level. Should we attribute it to idiocy or naivety ?

All American Sports (NBA, NFL, NHL, MLB, MLS) are organized on Socialist Model. Even EPL have socialist elements. All 20 EPL Teams get X Million Pounds and rest of the money is awarded where teams finish in the league. IOC itself is very corrupt and attracts corrupt people all over the world. They used to be corrupt. There was huge corruption scandal when Salt Lake City were hosting Winter Olympics in early 2000 and that scandal resulted in IOC taking action against corruption in their organization.
