1. First, all of ICC's ad partners will end their contract. Icc will have to cut all its funding of associate nations. They would have to put an end to sharing % of its profits from whatever useless world tournament it runs that year. Every tv rights holder will now want to renegotiate their rights since India will not tour. Without that and ICC money SL, WI, Pak, BD, Zim, NZ cannot pay its players. BCCI meanwhile will start its own tournaments, IPL style but with different sponsors since IPL rights are already sold. It will invite all the nations. First couple of years might be tough. But since 100% of the indian tv rights money now going to BCCI with probably 100+ days on Indian cricket (ICC gets tv rights money for icc events and host countries get it when India tour), BCCI gets richer. Mass retirements happen and eventually all the other boards give in. Or 2. TV right holders, IPL franchise threaten to withdraw without foreign players and BCCI gives in. Or 3. ICC appeases BCCI after BCCI threatens to form its own council with Aus, NZ,SL, WICB, SA and BD.

It will mean we can have a proper test championship and use DRS
ICC couldn't schedule a test championship because the idiotic sponsors did not want the champions trophy to be scrapped. What has that got to do with BCCI? Even with the support of BCCI they don't have enough money, what will they do without them?

Nothing will happen, you are underestimating love for game. Indian TV channels will still go and buy rights for neutral games, money will be there, audience will be there. It will be lesser but all playing nations are taking initiative to self sustain like BBL, BPL etc. If anything county cricket will suffer in Eng, it will become low profile, thats it.

A situation like in the chess world will happen, where PCA was formed against FIDE. BCCI will form its own PCC(Premier Cricket Council) and coexist with ICC, and these two will ultimately merge again when ICC realizes that it is better with BCCI as its ally. BCCI has so much power and money that ICC has really no voice on its own. It is very unlikely that BCCI will need to pull out from ICC, because at the moment ICC is only BCCI in disguise.

ICC will give India team rights to affiliate group, in India no ? BCCI will have to go to Government for backing then, which it doesn't want too.

The wealth and power of BBCI is mentioned alot on here, but just done a little research and the turnover figure for the ECB was 20m higher than the BBCI if the numbers were correct. However its interested that the ECB made very little profit because its reinvests the money into grass roots and club/county cricket whereas it seems the BCCI doesnt do this nearly as much

eh, arent you forgetting the cost of living, economics, etc. I would bet the BCCI pays its cricketers, including domestic players much more than its national average than any other country. ECB and CA get a lot of revenue even with their small population because they are richer countries. But the reason that people talk about India's cricket wealth because it is highly evident. 4 out of 5 World cup sponsors do it to get Indian eyeballs. The 2007 WC in WI matches were held in mornings because otherwise the Indians would be sleeping. The 2011 WC format was changed from the 2007 format because Star-espn threaten to cut their tv rights money if India did not qualify to the 2nd of the WC again. 2015 WC format is again changed to squeeze as much Indian cricket as they can.

Another formation of authority like ICC is very unlikely. Boycott from foreign boards are obvious. IPL will loose its shine, hence overall interest in cricket. Football will start getting more popular.
