Ultimate_Game Posted February 15, 2014 Posted February 15, 2014 Sorry but i dont think rohit is test material right now. He has failed in SA and NZ, England should be the final stop. Keep him for t20s he is a great player there. We have better players than rohit like DK for tests, and manoj tiwary/jadhav/rayudu for odis. This moron and dhoni have stopped others being tried. I dont see talent in rohit, i see non-performance Can't blame selectors for giving rahane games, thats where he debuted in england right? And did fairly well there. But yeah he should stick to tests and even t20s. Yes he may not be but he at least deserved a shot in Tests based on his FC record. But was selected in odis where he didn't even deserve a call up and his selection in odis, just like Rahane's in odis, defies logic.
veer Posted February 15, 2014 Posted February 15, 2014 Another thing I noticed was that when he was incorrectly given out twice recently, but he didn't react much against umpire he just started walking.. Both were at crucial juncture so you gotta have great control over your mind to behave that way.. But what's with his rituals? Need a clear mind to play long innings..

Which ones you talking about?
Sidhoni Posted February 16, 2014 Posted February 16, 2014 SRT told Rahane that his chance would come soon :hysterical:
Vijy Posted February 17, 2014 Posted February 17, 2014 Jadhav must occupy Rahane's position in ODIs and Rohit's in Tests.
