Scoring at an average of 50-odd and a strike rate of close to 150 is no mean feat. He's usually sent in with 3-4 overs left and you can't ask for much more than that. He's only had one real failure in the tournament, which was against SRH. He got run-out in the last match when he hadn't even begun to get going. 2. How do you suggest he is tested higher up the order when the DD management is so daft that they don't understand the fairly basic idea of sending your most in-form batsmen higher up the order and are instead pushing him as low down as possible? They've batted Laxmi Ratan Shukla ahead of him in a few games, and in the last game they sent him at No. 7. They've lacked common sense throughout this tournament and I don't see it changing in the remaining few games. He's done as well as you could expect him to at the position they've sent him in, and the partnership he formed with JP Duminy was the only significant highlight of the Delhi Daredevils' batting this season. All their big guns have failed with regularity and yet they've been stubborn with their batting order. You can't fault that on Kedar Jadhav.

List is opener heavy because that is the biggest problem. Out of box thinking is not trolling.Others have done enough too. Stuart Binny over Bhatia give me a break.

If he proves himself their than he is an automatic selection. 1. 4 not outs in 7 innings. There really isn't much of a chance to come in with 3-4 overs left and score a 50. The best he can do is score at a good click, which he has done. He's also played till the end more often than not and that's a good quality to have. 2. The coaches don't follow Indian domestic cricket and sadly enough they're not even going on current form and adjusting accordingly. DD haven't really had an Indian batsman performing consistently in this tournament and Jadhav has been the closest to it, ensuring they get a good finish almost every time. Common sense would say they send him and Duminy up the order since they're the form players, but it's almost like the DD management wants their team to lose.

Its unfair from KP to bat him at #6 and #7. He is too good of a player to bat there.

I want him to be successful too but dont rush him.

None of Duminy, Jadhav, Agarwal and Tiwary clicked. Just that kind of season for Delhi where if their top order puts up a mediocre showing, their middle order batsmen give them a good finish and when their top order finally does well, their middle order makes a mess of it. Jadhav has given them good finishes in at least 5 matches in this tournament. Last night's game wasn't one of them. Unfair to judge him based on what might be the only time you've really looked at him in this tournament.
