Modi will not do that I'm pretty sure there will be a second wave of ministries... Modi has a special plan for North East... He has focused a lot in NE. There should be at least one MoS from Assam...

Votes according to situation.. TN and Kerala are gone cases for BJP. Would rather focus on Karnataka, SeemAndhra and Telangana...
