One has to take the pitch factor into consideration. Also the crowd wasnt so excited as well either as some of them started sleeping btw, where did the match thread go? Cant seem to find it

I think pitch was spinner friendly and after losing 2 wkts, they lost the momentum completely. Yunis K looked under pressure. If he had accellerated on time, say after 2-3 overs, we could have had different game. YOyo anyway, score some 80+ in 80+ balls... So it was terrific innings however boring it may have looked. They were good 40 runs short. I would blame Afridi for the loss as well. He had no need to rush in the middle overs when they had good 18-19 overs to go. If either of them had played sensibly, we'd have had another game. Yes. Even went to watch movie after 35 overs of Pak innings, Came back to watch Aktorist and after his spell, I dozed off.

This was the most boring indo-pak match ive seen since the ones in sharjah in 99/00. But I have a feeling that the next match, a day nighter in Mohali on Diwali day would be a 'firecracker'.

Also they seem to lost the fire and fight in them... they dont seem like a spirited unit... very unusal for a pak team which is playing against INd

This is just the 1st ODI folks, its a long tour ahead. I expect Pak to regroup, but the later it happens the better it is for us.
