I am aware of that. They are Muslims as per the Indian constitution but considered outside the fold of Islam by Muslims groups in India.

While Ahmadis are considered Muslims by law and there are no legal restrictions on their religious activities,they are not permitted by fellow Muslims of other sects to sit on the All India Muslim Personal Law Board, a body of religious leaders that the Indian government recognises as representative of Indian Muslims.

Since when did the Indian law which is based on secularism decide on who is a muslim and who is not, The Indian law gives no weight to the Quran and Ahadith from where Islam derives it's laws and ruling.

A secular, plural and democratic India is against the basic ideology upon which Pakistan was created. They must show India as a Hindu country to feel good about themselves. If a Muslim suffers in India, deep down Pakistanis feel glad--typical schadenfreude. Modi is perceived as Hindu hardliner and him getting elected gives an opportunity to Pakistanis to celebrate the flawed ideology of two nations theory--never mind the fact that Modi was elected to improve the economy and not to create a Hindu rashtra.
