The revised bill proposes to allow Ayush doctors to conduct non-invasive procedures on women seeking to terminate pregnancy. The draft bill will soon be sent to the Cabinet. The bans on sex selective abortion, sex determination etc all of them remain. Pretty sure that who ever performs invasive or non-invasive abortions must be registered as some sort of medical practitioner.
