Detonator Posted June 11, 2014 Posted June 11, 2014 RIP. The dam officials shld be punished. However, a downstream river of the dam is like an unmanned railway level crossing. It is a common sense that no one shld stroll around a river. A warning sign may be used, but how many warning signs are required in a remote area like that. Hope people learn in future.
cowboysfan Posted June 11, 2014 Posted June 11, 2014 I blame the students,why would you go into a middle of the rapids of an unknown river? where are the teachers to stop them?.the guys who released the water without notice should be tried for murder.Rapids are extremely dangerous even if you are in a boat.

If they could, they would have escaped.
