Re: Where is Inzy hiding ? I propose Pakistani fans flock to the stadium tomorrow with the following placard. "Inzzy tum jehan bhi ho chale aao, tumse kuch nahin kaha jaayega."

Re: Where is Inzy hiding ? Inzamam was off the field during the South African innings for a significant amount of time due to his injury. That's why he didn't come in at his normal position. As for Sami, he's a nightwatchman and has come in before Inzi in a situation like this many times.

Re: Where is Inzy hiding ? fantastic knock from potato. really taken the game away from saffies. if pak win this one, this knock will be the key (apart from terrific bowling).

Re: Where is Inzy hiding ? watching today's batting and yesterday's bowling (and some of the batting in the first test) brought the indians' effort into perspective - south africa are a poor team. the indian batting made them look so much better than they really are

That is another reason why South Africa suffer overseas. They can't keep bowling non stop short stuff elsewhere. It may work in South Africa but once they are off their shores they struggle to bowl well. The non stop short barrage was one of the reason for Pakistan having got to over 250 today.

Re: Where is Inzy hiding ? Terrific knock by Inzy. Guts and approach to the game is key. Our super heroes after decades of exp. will do good to learn from this 38 yr old 'so called' fat ftb.

I second that thought, Observer. Big Inzy has shown up out batsmen for what they are- and it's not pleasant to reflect on. Huge strength of character shown by the Pakistani captain. He can be justfiably proud of himself.

Re: Where is Inzy hiding ? Let's see how he does in the 2nd innings. Pak now has three batsmen whom they can depend on whereas we used to have one and now none.

Re: Where is Inzy hiding ? Just a little rider I'd like to mention here. Inzy figured out pretty early in his career that he could deal with the old ball much better than the new. He has stuck to his plan to play 5 or below ever since. He's copped a lot of flak for this, particularly when he refused to come ahead of newbies in the batting order, but Inzy knows his game, and has maximized the scoring opportunities. The times he has floundered have been when Pakistan have lost quick wickets to expose him to the newish ball. Time for Sachin to take a leaf out of the big man's book.
