Texan Posted July 28, 2014 Posted July 28, 2014 Looks like all host nations have significant advantages in these games. India was second in CWG 2010 (best ever performance). Now Scotland is in third position as against their 10th position in CWG 2010. Hosts seem to prosper in home conditions or are the rules amended to suit the host nation?
