vvvslaxman Posted July 19, 2014 Posted July 19, 2014 Against left handers i back Bhuvan more than PK. Bhuvan has that nagging line around the off stump which he brings back in.
Laaloo Posted July 19, 2014 Posted July 19, 2014 I wonder why Bhuvi hasnt bowled any yorkers this series. In the ODIs in the last year, he has improved a lot with his yorkers.
Fontaine Posted July 19, 2014 Posted July 19, 2014 They're both swing bowlers but the similarity ends there. PK had a very low release point because he hardly used his front foot and had it bent. He also had a much shorter run up. Bhuvi has a much higher release point and a proper front foot block with a fast bowlers run up. Also Bhuvi makes much better use of his leading arm and gather by using it, pulling it down properly. Praveen Kumar used his leading arm like it was a wet noodle. Clearly Praveen didn't care for any kind of coaching. lol
