Also rakesh maria....the guy has been relevant to some of the biggest scandals/events in the last 20+ years. I only saw the Ravi Shastri, sidhu and Sunil gavaskar parts before but sanju manju part has changed my perspective of him....seems like a sweet and likeable guy :giggle:

Lack of evidence ,If u follow the tapes only gavaskar caught prabhakar was filming and started laughing midway.Rest were fools and spoke their hearts out.As siddhu said he would not say anything against kapil as he had done so much for him and ravi and kapil till now never even share much screen space .

Well i lost all my respect for kapil ,azzar after these .match fixing goes on even know so back then i would not be surprised considering the lack of money in the sport back then.In the end its the integrity of individuals which makes the diff.

Kapil Dev is still a legend and Azza is also doing pretty well. You are right about the integrity, but with the stakes so high on these men, I actually doubt that we get to see/hear the actuality.

To be Honest....reading the transcript will not do justice to this documentary.....some of the stuff said should be taken with a pinch of salt and some of it will really make you think when you watch it as an actual video. Obviously some of them for eg; Arjun SIngh and Kamal Nath were pursuing their own political agendas. Also Lele makes a lot of good points from what you can see but this is the same guy who took credit for introducing Sehwag in one of his interviews and most of the stuff he said in that was utter B.S I agree that some of the footage was edited conviniently but still has to be said is a very entertaining documentary.

The management did make some controversial decisions I mean from what you can see here Prabhakar and Mongia blamed Wadekar and Team mgmnt for that cotroversial WTF game against Westindies-Doesn't mean they were not shady characters though. As I said one should watch the whole documentary and filter out some of it which is clear B.S but some really relevant points made as well.

Is it a coincidence that all the guys who have tremendous integrity especially SRT,R.D,VVS,Ganguly,Kumble,Srinath even though some of them where still fairly new when this happened, their rise coincided with India's golden period? EVen secondary players from these times like Prasad,Robin Singh,Joshi etc have my unending support :hatsoff:
