Mandrake Posted November 17, 2007 Posted November 17, 2007 After trying both for a while,I found that the 1$ DVD Rental from the neighborhood grocery store's vending machine was the best value for money! If you have to choose between the 2 I would say Blockbuster is the better deal for its added advantage of store credits etc....not much to choose between the 2 really.

The Outsider Posted November 17, 2007 Posted November 17, 2007 If you primarily watch run off the mill movies, Blockbuster as it gives you the store credit option too, but Netflix has a much better selection for off beat cinema.

Thats not so bad! I sometimes keep things for a long time...So, the netflix or blockbuster 4.99 a month is a good option for me! :D Just trying to choose between the two $4.99 cheap ones!

Netflix recommendation software is handsdown better than BB... but online library collection wise, they are similar....what i liked most about the BB deal was unlimited store exchange.... sometimes on a friday, i am stuck with both movies that i have watched... with blockbuster, u can choose to drive down to the store and exchange it.... unlike someone mentioned earlier, there is no return date for BB online as well....

Hmm...thats not so exciting.
