I think the team is talented and skilled. They do need a motivator/psycho analyst... Who can get them to focus on their skills... After all their brains are pretty much scrambled listening to Dhobi's convoluted FUNDAs... And they certainly need to practice more on nets instead of spending time to indulge in "red *****" games...
