Guys like him must be pissed off they were born in different era. He probably would have had a shot at the IPL and made some money.

He was not a T20 batsman or an aggressive batsman by any means. He was a limited batsman who had some good off side shots but you need more than that for a T20 player. I owuld say he was poor man's Ganguly. He retired from FC cricket in 2011, so he was there during IPL years, but was not good enough to be picked up by any team.

yes, was not an ODI batsman, but discarded far to early in tests. Dinesh Mongia is another guy who played wrong format for India. He made his name in Ranji trophy by scoring a lot of runs, but never played a test. played ODIs where he did not get much success.
