That antenna gate nearly killed Infineon Wireless division(now Intel Mobile)...
i think Infineon had their office in blore .. guess the issue is with apple .. though apples patent to use metal rim as antennas is awesome and simple..

motorola and htc do something similar

with motorola if you cover it some how it automatically boosts signal from other side which is not covered ...very very clever
actually sensor arrangement of moto is also bit different.. hall sensor placed somewhere on the right hand side and middle ( which makes magnetic interference less )

Yep ..their call quality is also best in world ...they I guess are older company and know how to make phone part of phone well :giggle: Sony sucks at call quality

It was supposed to be a phone. Having to stretch my fingers to reach the top left hand corner app doesn't fit the description. And I have above an average sized palm. Way too big to provide the comfort of 4 and 5 which were phones and not this oversized gadget which I own by the name of an iPad anyways.

Trust me it will take you 1 week or so and after that you will say how did I manage to live with such small screen? 4.7 is well designed is not big at all I have average sized hands too and I can easily access notifications but you do not even need to First solution is swipe left from edge of screen to go back to previous page instead of hitting back Second solution is use reaching lite but it's bit of a gimmick ... On my phone back button is at bottom so never had problem but still swiping back should work in most apps.

Put it in you pocket and sit for 2 hrs and tilt it to the level you prefer. Make it comfortable for your average size palm. This titling of the phone is not a defect but a feature so the phone can be customized by the user. Too bad apple forgot to tell people about it.

what a stupid test. It'll make sense if both phones were using the same OS. The apps are designed differently :wall:
He used same apps doing same stuff and only reason for it is because people called android slow :winky: This btw is last generation phone released 7 months ago Also it's much better than benchmarks which actually do not make sense on different os ...

Also way android works in its current stage makes app load time slow as it has to compile Java code every time app launches but in future with software update this will change so there will be huge boost in performance ..

its an unscientific test that doesnt prove anything. I can load 2 apps on my 4 year old iPod and can show you that iPhone is slower as there are many many things that make the phone (and more importantly an app slow). I dont even know if anybody won that dumb competition, did he keep a score ?

He killed everything ,he did clean install and he also rebooted system and cleared memory and switched off back ground refresh this is closes you get to ideal situation Also how is this competition ? Hit his is pure information if it's use*** for you and helps you make decisions Nd get prespective about speed then good it helped you make decision ...otherwise just ignore it . Also the way apps are deigned as of now should mean ios should load quicker .

Also please do everything you want to your old iPod it will never load it quicker than new iphone mainly because storage itself will make huge difference forget processor or ram. . Also this is supposed to be unscientific test this is real world performance test with everything being equal... Htc one has more ram and if he did not kill everything htc will load everything quicker as it has more memory to keep stuff on ...basically apps won't reload as much .

I can have 20,000 apps on one device or photos on one device and show how the other is slow. Even if he is keeping things like that equal, just the servers each app is hitting or using information they have stored will make a difference in how it looks to the end user. Also for the first first minute or so that I watched, I didnt see a clear winner. Try the same test between an older phone and a latest one, results will still be VERY close.

So what does the test prove ?

It proves that htc one is as quick as iphone while launching app and doing day to day stuff and hat there is no speed advantage on iphone unlike before? And fyi iphone was unboxed last week and only has essential data while htc one he is using has been used over 6 months but he did clear cache on both phones ,he did clear ram and he also restarted them to make sure and in other video even reduced animation and switched off back ground process

Also you cannot have 2000 apps open on 1 gb ram your os itself kills it and this guy himself cleared all data so there was nothing running in back ground . This device has flash nand so having **** load of photos should not matter but for sake of being objective just consider this ....iphone was unboxed this week while other phone has been in use for some time so any argument you have about slow down only skews the comparison in favor of newer device and not older one.. I do not know what ur problem is with this ? It's video comparing speed of devices for information of people who find it important to know actual speed of device ..
