BlueBee Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 So, my 1 year period has expired and now I'm looking for a new antivirus. Please suggest me a good antivirus (Total Security) for my PC.
Sachin=GOD Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 I've been using AVG Free Edition for sometime and its quite good. BitDefender Free is also good.
BlueBee Posted September 8, 2014 Author Posted September 8, 2014 BitDefender has a free version? :woot: Also if I download trial version, Will it work fine for whatever time period it's free?
Sachin=GOD Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 BitDefender has a free version? :woot: Also if I download trial version, Will it work fine for whatever time period it's free? Yes. Most of the good antivirus companies now provide a free version and they don't come with a fixed time period. Obviously full (paid) version will have more features but the free versions works fine for normal day to day usage. Also get Malware Bytes.
Laaloo Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 Microsoft Security Essentials It's free and no annoying popups
BlueBee Posted September 8, 2014 Author Posted September 8, 2014 Ok. Thanks, I'll download the BitDefender (FREE) But AFAIK MalwareBytes is also a kind of Antivirus, will it be good to run two antivirus?

Malware Bytes is not meant to replace your antivirus. You can have both installed at the same time. Just don't install two anti virus at the same time (I did that once and screwed up my PC :--D )

gattaca Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 What is this command and what does it do? Creates multiples instances of a program and eventually you will run out of memory.
