Theoretically yes. But I have wasted subs in each of the last 4 games for fail picks (Boult,MMarsh,Abbott,Hafeez) so having 5 extra subs is no guarantee for points. Also there is captaincy which can neutralize the sub like your Raina(cap) getting more points than my BMac(cap)+Raina.
