rkt.india Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 Everyone else might be laughing at your comments but if anyone has to see the state of women in India and the respect they get, this is the proof of that. Most people might think this is not a big deal, however here was a girl simply minding her own stuff and here we have a guy, not only commenting on how her body should be but usually really demeaning words in front of her own family and getting away with it completely and coming and bragging on a social site. There is absolutely no hope for this country if this is the example of the current generation And the worst thing is, many of the guy quoting him, instead of calling him out on this are actually hoping he is careful next time. Hey guys stick together right, unless it comes to love jihad when everyone should try to protect the girl from herself. Every day on this site people write post after post on condition of women in India, the mindset of men, the horrible reality as if it is a third person thing. But when something like this actually happens, we see the true colors. If you are unable to condemn a poster you hardly know on the internet and are taking his side, how on earth will you control your own brother or kid? I am sure Vayuu would have said similar thing like this to even a young guy if he had some issue. Some people have habit to utter crass words even if they dont mean them. I wont consider it a case of misogyny but more of use of foul language which could happen even to a guy out of habit and not just because she was a girl. It is very common sight in North India. People abusing others on the streets. Friends abusing each other for nothing, just for fun and laugh. I am not defending him but talk about common culture in these parts of the world which has nothing to do with being misogynist.
rkt.india Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 Vayuu ki hawa udi padi hai, but would the supposedly spontaneous comments come out if he was standing next to his mother? Spontaneity would say yes. With parents people are far more cautious. The people who have habit of using language usually becomes silent with parents. They try to speak as less possible because they dont know when those words come out.
rkt.india Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 Mtc had she been minding her own business I wouldn't have been bothered about it but the thing is she was there occupying a lot of space and going here and there and causing lot of discomfort to others as well' date= she was so engrossed in herself that she didn't care if her act is causing discomfort to other's, I know I shouldn't have said that, but I don't pretend things, why is that a lot of guys believe a girl is always right and boy is always wrong , and yes I am tharki, but who isn't, atleast i keep things pretty straightforward, the thing is don't assume if u don't know the full story, and to tell you the truth I have seen a lot of colours of women that I hope you don't see in life, I know u might be thinking that I might be making a lot of stories trying to gain sympathies, but that's not it, I come here in chit chat because there are some things which I can't share it with any body and since you guys are unknown I share it with you guys. Still, there was no need to use such crass language.
