If the videos are inconclusive, then u can't rule anyone out irrespective of what the umpire call is.. this is such a simple thing...but ICC fails to grasp this.. ridiculous..

bowl_out Posted November 20, 2014 Posted November 20, 2014 The problem with DRS is not DRS itself, but the problem in implementation.... I still remember the dicey call the third umpire made for an Ireland batsman in the WC when the ball clearly struck him outside the off stump. The on-field umpire thought the batsman was not attempting a shot, but he was in fact trying to cut it to third man.... The ON field decision of OUT stayed... one of the most unfair decisions of DRS that I have seen
