Slogging a few pies in the Big Bash won't change it. Did we not learn from the Bailey fiasco? Pick players in form in that particular format.

Lets not pick someone based on T20 form. I want to see him do it in 50 over cricket domestically and if he is considered for test cricket, at Shield level. T20 form should be considered for T20's. Thats it.
