Guldozer Posted January 16, 2015 Posted January 16, 2015 The irony of it all! You're telling us to not throw stones while we live in houses with glass windows, while you're throwing stones living in a house entirely made out of glass! I can't imagine how you're telling us to worry about converting their country into a developed country, considering that your country is much worse. Also you have to understand that one of the main reasons we are still a developing country is due to our overwhelming population (not to mention that being a developing country is nothing to be ashamed of). Nonetheless, this thread has digressed to much. Us Indians have few issues with you people. Unfortunately, many times you don't seem to reciprocate the feelings. And apart from that, some of your people's hypocritical actions make us worry about the state of your country as a whole. Forgive me if we're judging the whole country by the actions of many residents there, but that is human nature. Please look at the context of the posts before getting excited and posting. I haven't thrown any stones. Just told Kalia that his house is made of glass too...
Guldozer Posted January 16, 2015 Posted January 16, 2015 What should be the stand of Pak Govt.? Shouldn't Pak Govt. Complain about Uighur Muslims ill treatment tin OIC or UN or even to China? If I had a greater knowledge on the politics then I would have surely given you a reasonable reply. But I don't want to comment on something which I feel I don't have enough knowledge about. But as far as I know, Pakistan should definitely make a stand as I feel it violates human rights.
HippoSucks Posted January 16, 2015 Posted January 16, 2015  Please look at the context of the posts before getting excited and posting. I haven't thrown any stones. Just told Kalia that his house is made of glass too... I'm not talking about your posts on the second page of the thread... On the first page, you mentioned several times that we should worry much more about our poor, developing country.
asterix Posted January 16, 2015 Posted January 16, 2015  Please look at the context of the posts before getting excited and posting. I haven't thrown any stones. Just told Kalia that his house is made of glass too... Forget about Kalia... Come to the main point of discussion.. What should be the Pak govts stand on this issue?
Guldozer Posted January 16, 2015 Posted January 16, 2015 I'm not talking about your posts on the second page of the thread... On the first page' date=' you mentioned several times that we should worry much more about our poor, developing country.[/quote'] I said that he should worry about his country first, which is also poor and developing, instead of finding faults in other countries. There are also many things wrong in India but I don't see him posting about it, why?
jonas10 Posted January 16, 2015 Author Posted January 16, 2015 People really need to realise that they have glass houses. No one during the elections last year in Pakistan made a single statement on India. No one cared. And how many times did we hear Indian politicians promising to counter Pakistan etc.? A lot. Multiple times. Summary: Indian politicians gained votes by talking about Pakistan, but no Pakistani politician gained votes by talking about India. So who's obsessed now? And if you try to deny the fact that Indian politicians are more obsessed with Pakistan than vice versa then you are clearly biased and no point in me arguing. Man you really are from Pakistan! Great job deflecting the contents of this thread. Back to the important issue at hand. Why the double standard with China? I mean imagine if Modi said hes going to ban all Burqas in Gujurat. Why no effigys no Saeed and Zaid comments protests rallys threats to China? Will i never get my answer :((

I'm not in Pakistan but maybe it wasn't given much coverage in the media.

I think he should really avoid all these topics as it's beyond him to discuss other than taking offence every now end then...
HippoSucks Posted January 16, 2015 Posted January 16, 2015 I said that he should worry about his country first' date=' which is also poor and developing, instead of finding faults in other countries. There are also many things wrong in India but I don't see him posting about it, why?[/quote'] I said this to you before as well, a country with the world's third highest GDP (not per capita) can not be called poor. Also, in our country, there are really no immediate fixes that need to be done. Most of the work needed to be worked on is long-term and not that major economically. Your country does need a fair bit of immediate attention which, from my knowledge of world politics, it is not receiving.
Desi Cartman Posted January 16, 2015 Posted January 16, 2015 Take it easy boyz, dont gang up on one person. relax as else I'll have to lock this thread for sometime :aha:
jonas10 Posted January 16, 2015 Author Posted January 16, 2015 Maybe because not too far back we were one country. But I will admit that there is less outrage regarding this (China). I'm not in Pakistan but maybe it wasn't given much coverage in the media. No outrage actually. This isnt the first time it has happened. Im amazed that they can find some person in a remote village and frame them from desecrating the quran and yet the media has no idea what China is doing....??? :omg: China has been doing this for years this is certainly not the first time.
jonas10 Posted January 16, 2015 Author Posted January 16, 2015 Leave him alone... As he admitted' date= he doesn't has much understanding about politics and related affairs... Could have shown those hearts a bit earlier...:icflove:
HippoSucks Posted January 16, 2015 Posted January 16, 2015 Yes it does need attention but all I'm seeing is hatred and not attention. When I say attention, I mean attention by your government on your issues, not by the rest of the world. Obviously we have our own perspective on things, and the evidence we see causes us to have some mild level of hatred towards you all. I am one to never generalize, because I know several people from your country who are extraordinarily nice. The unfortunate part is that some of you end up doing some stupid activities and thus tarnishing the reputation of your country as a whole. Apart from that, there is the whole military standpoint (e.g. ceasefire violations) which usually increases our dislike. It's not that we dislike you just based on your ethnicity, but rather due to the actions of some of your people.
Desi Cartman Posted January 16, 2015 Posted January 16, 2015 After India we will conquer china. They wont be able to hide in burqas so this is gonna be double bad for them :orderorder:
KeyboardWarrior Posted January 16, 2015 Posted January 16, 2015 I am out of this thread. Can't bear the smell of burning hypocrisy and denial. before going, atleast tell us whats Akhand Bharat ? ..... :cantstop:
Vilander Posted January 16, 2015 Posted January 16, 2015 Religious symbolism should be slowly priced away from the society, that would be a logical next step. but bans will make it restive, China is such a strange place. May be the Muslim population is very low and they want to exterminate them fully. But burqa is misogynist, at least in India even those people who wear it often discontinue after they get married. besides it would be good if they come up with light coloured cotton versions, it would be better because of the direct sunlight in SC.
Vilander Posted January 16, 2015 Posted January 16, 2015 After India we will conquer china. good thoughts, only China with its 2.5 mil active ground troops and impenetrable ground defences is, outside of a vastly advanced alien tech force, un-defeatable.
Vilander Posted January 16, 2015 Posted January 16, 2015 the number of threads Mr Kalia_the_Crow have created about Pakistan, shows whos obsessed with whome. :cantstop: what are you ? suave ? I think you just as foul as the other ones. Why is there no moral outrage on China ? why no perceived attack on umma ? :winky:
