Bhuvi was the MOTS for India in his first overseas tour. Do you even want to talk about Junaid's? ODIs, absolutely hammered him in CT, where Junaid stats was worth a slot in Comedy Central. That's exactly what I mean. Just go ask any non-Indian cricket expert and you will find your answer. I'm sorry but Pakistan would never have a 'fast' bowler bowling in the 110s/120s. Bowling at that speed is an insult to International cricket because I can probably bowl faster than that. And let's not start comparing stats, shall we?

Well, Junaid's Test SR is far lesser than Umesh's, and still less than Shami's, so not sure what makes Junaid such a find. He is as ordinary as Umesh or Shami. He might be good against Balu Warrior and Punj Badshah and Federal Unit, but he hasn't yet earned bragging rights in Test cricket.

You are going to judge bowlers by one series when they have been around for over 2 years? Don't selectively choose stats. Look at all the stats and Junaid is far superior. 2. He doesn't chuck. 3. There is world outside ICC tournaments. How good a bowler is isn't decided by looking at ICC events. Junaid's hardly played in any ICC tournaments anyway. 4. Any non-Indian would laugh at this comparison.

Firstly, you mean higher than Umesh's. Secondly, again, stop using selective stats. And especially if you're considering test matches the strike rate matters a lot less than the average. You see, 37/1 after 8.3 overs is better for the batting team than 29/1 after 10.1 overs. I just don't see how any one who isn't biased would rate Junaid same as Umesh and Shami. Umesh especially is a spray gun or in other words poor man's Wahab Riaz. There is absolutely no comparison between any Indian fast bowler and Junaid. Just admit it.

Kapil was consistently rated in ICC rankings higher than Imran in ODI's. Kapil was a far superior batsman and bowler than Imran was. So the comparison not absurd. Junaid is a failure in ICC tourney's but is better than Bhuvi as overall stats. So not massive difference. Which of the above comparison's you found funny?
