The two things I underestimated this time around was the idiocy of the Delhi BJP unit and the naivety of the Delhi public.

Politics of bijli sadak paani works. Even in urban Delhi. I mean you can't blame people from falling for the lure of free water, half price electricity. Even if they think there is only a small chance of it happening, they will say - "Why not give it a try anyway?"
