Cricketics Posted February 17, 2015 Posted February 17, 2015 Having watched different teams from warm ups, I have noticed a lot of team players have been using SS cricket bats. I guess they are the most popular. You might see an odd GM bad or spartan, but SS bats are being used the most even by the most associate team players. SS has come a long way.

Exception being kevin obrein they sponsored him. Its mostly the cost that persuade the associate country players make no mistake SS makes quality bats. Even most of the bats Kohli and Dhoni play might be SS bats but stickered Nike and Spartan. The cost of good quality bat made in England is around 400 -500 USD and Australia is even more and SS one are around 200 - 300 USD. So the cost play significant role in their decision making.

Exactly. I have played cricket here in U.S with some players from other associate nations and all of them are having to personally own bats unless their is some small company sponsoring them.
