They should aim to score at 5 an over.

Fk the crap "bowlers are tired" mentality. If we can enforce follow-on , we should. Instead of worrying abt run rate, how many overs left.....we shoud just let them bat again. That way, blocking out mentality wont be there cos they can't survive 2 days.
